The Formanites Housing Scheme is going to be a modern and self-sufficient colony with the following amenities
Colony Roads: Main Boulevard 80 feet wide, connecting Roads
60 and 50 feet Lanes 40 and 30 wide.
Water Supply: House to house water supply from society's Tube Well(s) covering the whole area.
Sewerage and Sanitation System: Sewerage lines laid under modern technology.
Drain System: A perfect and fault-free Drainage system to prevent rain water and main hole overflows.
Electricity: To be provided from the main line.
Tree Plantation: As a part of serene landscaping, the scheme intend to plant tree and vegetation on a large scale.
The Formanites Housing Scheme has decided to allot following reserved spaces to the concerned Departments/Institutions in order to provide more facilities to the residents of the colony and the same will be handed over to them for the purpose of setting up the respective institutions:

A Board will be formed by the residents of the colony to manage the graveyard. The management will request the concerned departments / instructions to take over the possession of their plots and make necessary construction thereon. In case of unwillingness or delay in taking over the possession of allotted spaces the Scheme reserves the right for opening these institutions privately in the best interest of residents of the colony. We also arrange the services of reputable architects, engineers and construction firms who will assist the allottees in designing and construction of their houses.
SECURITY SYSTEM
"what about security?" is a very vital question that arises in mind when one decides to live in a new town, society or scheme. Being deeply concerned with this integral matter of security, our highly skilled professionals have planned to install the most perfect and the latest security system in this scheme to ensure complete peace of mind for the residents.
ELIGIBILITY
All Formanites, F.C. College teachers and employees (in service and retired) and all those who have been registered as members of Formanites Housing Scheme, Lahore after paying Rs. 1000/- (non refundable), per member as registration fee along with the "Application for Allotment of a Residential Plot" are eligible. But only one residential plot will be allotted to a member.
