Term & Conditions

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Interested person must submit their application duly completed in all respect on the prescribed FORM provided in brochure, along with full amount of first installment for the particular size of plot through Bank Draft / Pay Order or , as the case may be , through Bank Challan of the Scheme’s Bankers / Branch, in favors of Messers FORMANITES HOUSING SCHEME Phase III. Application found incomplete and without amount of Advance will not be entertained.

RECEIPT OF APPLICATION

All the applications will be received at the Scheme’s office and an official receipt an acknowledgement will be issued immediately.

INSTALLMENTS TOWARDS COST OF PLOTS AND DEVELOPMENT CHARGES

After the payment of first installment with the application all subsequent installments must be paid to the scheme at the above address on due dates without fail. If an installment is not paid on due date (10th of every month), the Delayed payment charges at the rate 25% will be charged by the scheme and if any installment, and unpaid balance of charges, thereon remains in areas for more than three months after it becomes due (whether formally demanded or not), the management has right to cancel the membership.

SUCCESSORS

A person becoming entitled to the plot by reason of death of the original allottee will be entitled the same rights and liabilities to successor. Corner Plot: - for corner plots cost of land 10% more. 20% charges for Main Boulevard.
